Noose, which was born in South Korea in June 2023, is a sister cosmetics brand to rom&nd. The brand name comes from the coined words “new” and “used,” and has the meaning of “combining something familiar with something new.” At Nuze, we propose a routine where you apply makeup to areas that need a flushed look and remove it thoroughly. We produce color cosmetics that are gentle on the skin, combining skin care and makeup.
