The 30th-anniversary project for “Mobile Suit Gundam Wing” has begun. To commemorate this milestone, a 30th-anniversary visual featuring the main characters Heero Yuy and Relena Darlian in formal attire has been released, and a special website has also been launched. Additionally, an official 30th-anniversary book will be released on December 12, 2025.
On the same day, December 12th, “‘Mobile Suit Gundam Wing & Endless Waltz’ 30th Anniversary Official Book -Operation 30th-” will also be released. This voluminous three-book set will include production materials such as the storyboards for “TV Series Episode 1” and the theatrical version “Endless Waltz Special Edition” (which features new cuts added to the OVA), original drawings for the TV series’ opening and ending sequences by character designer Shukou Murase, animation director corrections, and various line art settings.
