“Dr.STONE” 5th Anniversary Special Event Visual Released!

In celebration of the 5th anniversary of the TV anime “Dr.STONE,” a special event titled “Dr.STONE: Feast of Stone” will be held on August 11 at the Tokyo International Forum. The event’s newly drawn visual has been unveiled for the first time. It has also been announced that original cola, “SENKU’S Cola,” created in collaboration with craft cola maker “Iyoshi Cola,” will be available for purchase at the event.
“Dr.STONE” is a craft adventure tale based on the manga by Riichiro Inagaki and Boichi, serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump.” It depicts modern-day high school students, led by the brilliant Senku Ishigami, as they tackle science in a world reverted to stone, known as the “Stone World.” The manga has won multiple awards, including second place in the “Next Manga Award 2018” comics category and the Shogakukan Manga Award for shonen category, with over 15 million copies in circulation.
The anime’s first season aired from July 2019, followed by the second season in January 2021. A TV special “Dr.STONE: Ryusui,” which continues the story from the manga, was broadcast in July 2022. The third season’s first cour aired from April to June 2023, with the second cour starting in October 2023 and concluding in December. The production of the fourth and final season, “Dr.STONE SCIENCE FUTURE,” has also been announced.
