The anime MF Ghost is based on the manga of the same name by Shuichi Shigeno, which is serialized in Weekly Young Magazine (Kodansha). Set in a near-future world, it portrays street racing battles and follows up on the “Fastest Legend on Public Roads,” which has surpassed 56 million copies in cumulative circulation for Initial D.
