The world-renowned manga series One Piece, created by Eiichiro Oda in 1997 and reaching over 500 million copies in circulation worldwide, follows the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy and his crew, the Straw Hat Pirates, as they pursue the legendary “One Piece” treasure left behind by the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger.
To commemorate the One Piece anime’s 25th anniversary in October 2024, a special event, “ONE PIECE EMOTION,” has been taking place, with the Tokyo venue concluded and the upcoming exhibit planned for Kumamoto’s Granmesse from December 28 onward. The exhibit showcases iconic moments from the Wano Country and Egghead arcs, allowing fans to experience One Piece’s vivid world firsthand.
The latest in Megahouse’s “LOGBOX RE BIRTH” diorama series, titled Egghead Arc, brings beloved scenes to life, including the intense clash of Gear 5 Luffy vs. Kizaru. The diorama series also includes “Lilith’s Entrance,” “Luffy & Chopper,” and “Zoro’s Yakko Tori,” all intricately detailed at about 85mm in height.
The “LOGBOX RE BIRTH Egghead Arc” box set is available for pre-order at AmiAmi and select hobby shops, priced at 4,840 yen (tax included), with a scheduled release in late January 2025.
