Originally a PlayStation®5 exclusive title published by Sony Interactive Entertainment on March 22, 2024, the Steam® version arrives with a launch trailer showcasing the game’s immersive world and thrilling gameplay.
In Rise of the Ronin, players step into the shoes of a ronin, a masterless samurai, navigating the tumultuous final years of the Edo period. As they journey through this open world, they will encounter historical figures and factions with diverse ideologies, facing pivotal decisions that will shape the course of history. The game also introduces the “Bond System,” allowing players to forge deep connections with key characters, influencing their destinies and creating a personalized Bakumatsu narrative.
To celebrate the Steam® launch, Koei Tecmo Taiwan is hosting a Rise of the Ronin photography contest on their official Facebook fan page. Participants will have the opportunity to win exclusive prizes, including acrylic panels signed by the development team.
