Independent game publisher PLAYISM has announced a brand-new action RPG game, “Journey Record,” developed by the Japanese team Kochi Create. At first glance, the game appears to be a traditional 2D RPG, but it includes a unique mechanic: switching between 2D and 3D worlds using a “Magical Eye Camera” and “Crystals.” Combining puzzle-solving and combat elements, players will find themselves entangled in various challenges and mysteries.
The protagonist of the game is a blind girl who observes the world with the help of a cat and a “Magical Eye Camera.” Utilizing the power of crystals, she can view the world from different perspectives, revealing its hidden truths.
