Set during the era of the Clone Wars, players take on the role of a young Padawan. The DLC features iconic characters such as Anakin Skywalker, Yoda, Mace Windu, and Ahsoka Tano. Additionally, players can explore new biomes and undertake missions on unknown planets.
The trailer opens with Yoda and showcases customizations of lightsabers, gatherings of Jedi, and the ability to modify Astromech droids like R2-D2. Players will engage in battles against Battle Droids and Droidekas, and General Grievous is seen wielding his lightsabers in his characteristic style. The trailer also hints at confrontations with creatures beyond just droids.
According to the DLC page, players start as young Padawans at the Jedi Academy, learning the ways of the Force under the tutelage of Jedi such as Yoda and Cal Kestis. The ultimate goal is to ascend to the rank of Jedi Knight. The screenshots also reveal creatures like the Acklay, as well as characters such as Darth Maul and Chewbacca. The DLC promises battles against monsters on Tatooine and puzzle-solving on unexplored planets.
