JUSTDAN is set to release the Japanese package version of the martial arts fantasy RPG Xuanyuan Sword: Beyond the Clouds and Mountains for the Nintendo Switch on March 13, 2025.
Originally released in 1999, Xuanyuan Sword: Beyond the Clouds and Mountains has been widely acclaimed in the Chinese-speaking regions. This RPG blends history and mythology into a grand narrative, featuring beautiful ink wash-style art and a strategic battle system. The Nintendo Switch version retains the original art style while enhancing the graphics. Character expressions, costumes, and the intricate movements of the backgrounds are now rendered more realistically.
