The release date for the fighting action game Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Keppuutan 2 has been confirmed for August 1, 2025. Additionally, the package visual for the game has also been revealed.
The game will be available on multiple platforms, including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 (PS5), PlayStation 4 (PS4), Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC (Steam).
The announcement was made during the broadcast of the special program titled “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Mugen Castle Arc Corps Gathering” where Tanjiro Kamado voice actor Natsuki Hanae gave viewers a preview of the game’s solo play mode, showcasing the early stages of gameplay.
This game is the second installment in the Demon Slayer fighting action series based on the popular anime. It features all nine “Hashira,” the highest-ranking demon slayers, as playable characters. Players can control a wide variety of characters to engage in intense battles.
Furthermore, the solo play mode, Hinokami Keppuutan, allows players to relive Tanjiro Kamado’s journey through the anime’s story arcs, including the Entertainment District Arc, Swordsmith Village Arc, and Hashira Training Arc.
