The story follows Tanjiro Kamado, a boy whose family was slaughtered by demons. To turn his demon-turned sister, Nezuko, back into a human, Tanjiro joins the “Demon Slayer Corps” and immerses himself in battles against demons.
The series has seen various adaptations, including the TV anime “Kimetsu no Yaiba: Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc” in 2019, the movie “Infinite Train Arc” in 2020, the TV anime “Infinite Train Arc” and “Entertainment District Arc” from 2021 to 2022, followed by “World Tour Screening: ‘Kimetsu no Yaiba’ Upper Ranks Gather, and to the Swordsmith Village” in February 2023, and the TV anime “Swordsmith Village Arc” starting in April 2023.

Along with this announcement, main cast information including Misaki Kuno and Yumiri Hanamori, a special report video, a teaser visual, and a handwritten comment from Nakaba Suzuki have also been released.

“Rising Impact,” which Suzuki serialized from 1998 to 2002, follows the story of a third-grade elementary school student, Gawain Nanami, who discovers his talent for golf. He enrolls in the prestigious golf school “Camelot Academy” with the goal of becoming “the world’s greatest long hitter,” and the manga portrays his competitions against other genius golfers with special talents (Gifts).

With the announcement of the anime adaptation, the main cast has also been revealed. Misaki Kuno voices Gawain Nanami, who possesses an unexpected power despite his “puni-puni” appearance, Yumiri Hanamori plays his rival Lancelot Norman, Hikari Kondo voices the female pro golfer Kiria Nishino who recognizes Gawain’s talent, and Atsumi Tanezaki is cast as Kiria’s sister, Kurumi Nishino.
